Hospital Management System
A Java-based centralised record management system covering patients, appointments and reporting.
Problem. Hospital operations relied on fragmented manual workflows for records, appointments and staff coordination.
Challenge. Designing a centralised system that could handle multiple record types correctly while remaining navigable for non-technical users.
Solution. Developed the system with Visual Paradigm flowcharts for design; structured and analysed data using Power BI and Excel; applied SCRUM with GitHub for team coordination.
Impact. Delivered a fully functional system covering patient records, appointments, and reporting. Improved data consistency and reduced manual coordination overhead.
