A hackathon build focused on tamper-evident reporting and trustworthy submission evidence under heavy time pressure.

Problem. Hate crime underreporting is worsened by distrust in centralised systems and fear of tampering or bias.

Challenge. Building tamper-evident, privacy-preserving reporting under a 48-hour hackathon constraint with no prior Algorand experience.

Solution. Designed a decentralised reporting network on Algorand where each report is hashed and anchored on chain. Scope was deliberately constrained to core trust mechanics to ensure a working demo.

Impact. Delivered a complete end-to-end submission. Selected as a technical track entry and praised for scope control and integrity design.
